This notice applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us

by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly agreed at the time of purchase that we begin performing the contract immediately, and you have confirmed that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
